Job Overview

ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in Hialeah, Miami. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with strong leadership capabilities, extensive inventory management experience, and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse efficiency. Experience in the hardware industry (pipes, PVC, fittings, and related materials) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Implement and enforce operational policies and safety procedures
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and distribution to meet customer demands
• Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to improve operational performance
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate incoming shipments
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required
• Strong experience with inventory management systems and logistics operations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Experience in the hardware industry (pipes, PVC, construction materials, or similar) is a strong plus
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing high-volume warehouse operations
• Familiarity with supply chain optimization strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required)
