All In One Employment Services is currently hiring on behalf of a valued fragrance manufacturing company client located in the heart of Downtown Miami. We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, and experienced in handling customer accounts, order processing, and client communications with professionalism and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service support to clients, distributors, and internal teams
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in both English and Spanish
• Process orders, invoices, shipping updates, returns, and product inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information in company systems
• Use Microsoft Excel fluently for reporting, data entry, order tracking, and inventory coordination
• Collaborate with sales, production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with product documentation, account updates, and customer follow-up
• Support daily office and administrative customer service functions

Qualifications

• Bilingual: English and Spanish required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required (advanced data entry, spreadsheets, formulas, reporting)
• Previous customer service experience required
• Experience in fragrance manufacturing, personal care products, cosmetics, beauty, or similar consumer products is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
