Aim Recruitment is recruiting for a Residential Childrens worker for our client based in Oswestry

This is a great opportunity to get started in an exciting new role as a residential childrens worker supporting young people with their day-to-day lives, with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.

Job Role

-Supporting young people to live their day-to-day lives.

-Provide a caring, supportive and nurturing environment in which children/young people can feel secure and free from harm.

- Working with the homes young people to ensure their care plans are followed.

- Working alongside a committed team and registered manager to bring the best possible outcomes for the homes young people.

- Ensuring the companys policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are followed.

- Availability to work shifts within the homes rota.

Requirements

- Full UK Driving licence.

-Previous experience desired but not essential.

-Good communication and listening skills

-The ability to work well under pressure

- To be able to adapt well to challenging and changing situations.
