We are seeking a Financial Data Systems Specialist to join our clients Risk and Finance Reporting team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily and monthly processes within their data warehouses and financial reporting systems. You will work hands-on with database maintenance, performance optimization, process workflows, and system monitoring—making sure their end-of-day (EOD) and end-of-month (EOM) activities run reliably and efficiently.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Ensure successful execution of daily and monthly process launches within data warehouses and financial reporting systems
  • Manage and maintain the underlying databases supporting our financial reporting solution, including performance optimization of SQL queries.
  • Design and implement effective database archiving strategies to ensure scalability and long‑term data integrity.
  • Improve monitoring capabilities for EOD/EOM run processes
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues occurring during EOD/EOM cycles
  • Collaborate closely with group finance, business analysts, data engineering teams, and operations to ensure process continuity and system integrity

  • Solid understanding of data processing workflows (preferably financial or enterprise environments)
  • Ability to plan and coordinate software releases

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
