Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Android applications for secure banking and payment services
  • Translate functional, security, and regulatory requirements into clear technical solutions
  • Integrate mobile apps with payment APIs, core banking systems, and compliance platforms
  • Implement best-in-class security practices: encryption, authentication, secure data handling
  • Optimize performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices and network conditions
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and Agile delivery
  • Support automated testing and CI/CD pipelines

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in Android development using Kotlin
  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and modern architectures (MVVM / MVI)
  • Experience integrating mobile clients with financial APIs and backend services
  • Expertise in secure coding, encryption, token management, and authentication
  • Familiarity with GDPR and PCI DSS requirements
  • Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, banking, or payments mobile applications
  • Familiarity with ISO 20022 or SEPA integrations
  • Experience with high-load or low-connectivity mobile environments
