About the job Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer (Copado)
We are looking for a Salesforce Copado DevOps Engineer to support sales initiatives and lead architecture planning through full-scale implementation and post-deployment support. You will join an innovative, international team of driving digital transformation and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions for global clients.
Your Role
As a senior DevOps expert, you will take ownership of CI/CD strategy, release governance, and deployment excellence within Salesforce ecosystems, acting as a key technical authority for Copado-based delivery.
Requirments:
DevOps & Copado Expertise
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or release engineering within Salesforce environments
- Deep, practical expertise with Copado, including CI/CD automation and pipeline optimization
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, metadata management, and platform architecture
CI/CD & Release Management
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Copado CI/CD pipelines at scale
Technical Leadership
- Ability to act as the technical point of contact for deployment and release issues
- Comfortable mentoring developers and teams on Copado standards, patterns, and best practices
Advanced & Enterprise Skills
- Experience extending Copado using functions, job templates, and custom extensions
- Exposure to Azure Cloud in enterprise DevOps delivery contexts
- Strong documentation skills for deployment processes, branching strategies, and Copado configurations
What Youll Do
- Define, implement, and continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines in Copado
- Establish and enforce release governance policies and compliance standards
- Architect and manage Git-based branching and deployment strategies across Salesforce environments
- Lead deployment-related technical discussions and enable teams through mentorship
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance pipeline performance to ensure secure and reliable releases
- Design and extend Copado capabilities aligned with program and enterprise needs
- Maintain clear, structured documentation for all deployment and release processes
- Explore and implement new Copado features, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth release cycles
