About position

  • Managing check in and check out processes; Welcoming guests.
  • Managing payments and cash transactions (working with a cash register).
  • Informing guests about the provided services/service packages, loyalty programs.
  • Work with hotel accounting program "Protel".
  • Rolling work schedule, full time, night shifts (19:00 - 7:00).
  • Hotel address:  Oro uosto g. 4, Karmėlava, 54460 Kauno r. sav.

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages. Be able to speak clearly and coherently.
  • Positive thinking, politeness, helpfulness.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Experience in hospitality sector would be a plus.
