Copywriter
About the job Copywriter
We're looking for a Copywriter (till the end of the year) for the <NDA> project for our client. The project is related to researching and evaluating AI-powered communication features and the quality of outputs, such as summaries and related content.

- Workload: Full-time, part-time, on demand
- Location: 100% remote within Europe
- Language: Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
- Hourly rate: Negotiable (expected range: 15–30 EUR/hour gross, depending on experience)
About the role:
- For this role, the general task will be to write different types of summaries from audio sources and transcripts
- Additionally, the contractor will have to work with different AI tools and generate summaries with some validity checks
- The work will be project-based and on demand, as they will need assistance multiple times till the end of the year
- The person does not necessarily need to be available full-time permanently
- A part-time or extra-project setup may be acceptable if the person can manage the required workload and deadlines
Requirements:
- C1 English, both spoken and written, with strong listening comprehension (understanding spoken language)
- Experience writing high quality meeting summaries, deriving action points, etc., equivalent to the ability to analyse content and extract the most important information. AI tools may be used, but the person should be capable of doing the work without relying fully on AI.
- Able to work with pre-defined guidelines and communicate actively
- Able to purchase specific licences (with compensation from the client) and use those licences for the work
- Good ability to understand different English dialects, pronunciations, and accents
- Can work closely with a remote team
- Quick learner, high responsibility around pre-agreed timelines
Important:
- Client will have a Statement of Work (mentioning deliverables and scope) and an NDA as an addition that will have to be signed by the contractor
- The contractor will have to purchase necessary licences on their own; client will reimburse the costs of said licences;
Recruitment process:
- CV Screening: Applications are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Pre-Screening Interview: A brief Q/A session (Automated or with a Recruiter) designed to learn more about your experience related to the required job position.
- Automated Session (Recommended) – You can complete this session on your own at a time that is convenient for you. The questions and follow-ups are well-structured and designed to highlight your experience and provide detailed insights into your background. This option is recommended because it's usually more detailed and allows us to provide feedback from the hiring manager faster.
- Session with a Recruiter – You can also have the session with a recruiter. The questions are the same, but the discussion may be a bit less detailed, and feedback might take a little longer.
- Shortlisting: Qualified candidates are presented to the hiring manager for review.
- Formal Interviews/tasks: Online discussions with the hiring manager or project team and small tasks given with feedback provided within 1-2 weeks.
- Offer and Onboarding: Successful candidates receive a formal offer and begin a structured onboarding process.
