About the job Product Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst with strong business analysis and Agile skills who can translate business requirements into features and user stories, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with product, design, development, and testing teams. The ideal candidate should have experience with financial planning products, preferably Anaplan, as well as data quality management, root cause analysis, and product delivery within the finance domain.

Department: Digital Enterprise Platform

the Product Analyst aims to understand and analyse user and business needs and contextualize them within services or products provided by an organization. The role is an essential part of agile working, with Product Analysts working closely with Testers, Product Managers and Developers to iteratively release working software. Product Analysts must have a strong understanding of Agile methodology to work effectively in an agile team. They must also command business analysis and business process improvement skills to investigate, analyse and articulate business problems and concepts, as well as opportunities for service improvement.

The Product Analysts acts as the key player in designing, building / delivering an E2E digital product that meets business requirements, leverage latest technology trends. He/She ensures long term stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics, and analyze how these factors impact product strategy
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources, including customer feedback and usage statistics, to understand user behavior and identify areas for product improvement and compile comprehensive reports and present findings and actionable insights to both product teams and senior management
  • Collaborate with product managers to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success and inform future development
  • Work closely with product management, design, and development teams to ensure that analytical insights are effectively integrated throughout the product development process
  • Actively participate in agile team meetings, ensuring ongoing communication and collaboration with the wider team to align product development with user needs and business goals
  • Facilitate user testing sessions to gather direct customer feedback, utilizing this data to refine product features and prioritize development tasks based on user-centric insights

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge in products for: financial planning ; Anaplan.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into features or user stories.
  • Skills in building user interfaces and user experiences.
  • Ability to manage data health, ensure timely data delivery, fix data issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Experience in finance area managing product backlog & delivery.
