Middle/Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst who enjoys working with real clients, diving deep into business contexts, and managing the full cycle - from idea to release. In our team, processes are well-established, the workflow is balanced, and your area of responsibility will be clear and impactful. Here, analysts are not behind the scenes - they are at the center of the process.

Location - Ukraine (remote)

• Technical background or experience in software development
• Experience in pre-sales, discovery phases, or estimations
• Understanding of UX guidelines for Web, iOS, and Android

Interview stages:
Stage 1 – AI interview (a few questions about experience) or an interview with the agency recruiter

Stage 2 - interview with a client's recruiter and technical experts (technical part conducted in English, 1 hour)
