Golang Software Engineer

We are looking for a Golang Software Engineer for our client to join an exciting project with the largest retailer in the UK. We encourage you to apply if you are: 

• A Golang engineer with 5+ years of professional experience
• Experienced in microservices development
• Familiar with Gin, Beego, Echo, and Kit frameworks
• Proficient in NoSQL, PostgreSQL
• Strong in CI/CD and creating and managing pipelines in Circle CI
• Confident with AWS (Amazon Lambda, ECS)
• Skilled in writing, testing, integration, and debugging
• Capable of expressing your ideas in English on daily stand-up meetings
• Hands-on with Mongo, Redis, ElasticSearch, and Kafka (nice to have)
• Aware of their inner workings: Docker and Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud databases (would be a plus)
• Acquainted with Ruby, RoR, or Python (as an advantage)

• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to define, design, develop, and deliver new features as well as optimize existing code

• Explore, evaluate, and incorporate new technologies into our products and processes to improve development efficiency

• Deliver quality software solutions using an Agile development cycle
• Analyze and resolve performance, stability, and security issues

Work condition: Full-time involvement - remote. Engagement for 9 months with a possibility to extend.
