Join our client Solution Engineering team as a Senior Embedded Solution Engineer/Architect. In this dynamic role, you will lead the preparation and design of embedded solutions across diverse domains such as IoT, IIoT, Industrial Automation, AI/ML, Automotive, Healthcare, and Robotics.

Your expertise will bridge client needs with optimal technical strategies, contributing to both pre-sales success and project delivery excellence.

What you will do:

  • Analyze project requirements to assess business needs, budget, and timelines.
  • Conduct "Build vs Buy" evaluations, comparing custom development with third-party solutions based on cost, scalability, and integration. Recommend the best approach to meet project goals effectively.
  • Lead solution shaping during the pre-sales phase and contribute to crafting technical selling strategies.
  • Lead the design of architectures and technical concepts for hardware, firmware, and embedded software projects, from simple systems to complex solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution-specific estimates.
  • Create and present technical documentation supporting proposed solutions.
  • Manage and mentor small technical teams (3-5 members) to ensure quality and alignment in solution delivery.

Key Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong expertise in embedded systems, including hardware, firmware, and software development (10+ years)
  • Experience with modern embedded hardware architectures (e.g., ARM Cortex-A, Cortex-M, Cortex-R) and software systems (Bare Metal, RTOS, Linux/Android).
  • Knowledge of hardware design, manufacturing, and certification processes.
  • Familiarity with software/hardware pricing models (Time and Materials, Fixed Price).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (B2+ level).
  • Proven ability to contribute to several ongoing projects and lead small teams under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with complex multi-component projects (hardware, firmware, software, mobile, backend).
  • Expertise in IoT platforms like Azure IoT Hub or AWS IoT Core.
  • Domain knowledge in Industrial Automation, AI/ML, Automotive, or Robotics.
  • Business communication experience with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with pre-sales activities, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
