Business Analyst

We are urgently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a data-related project for a leading banking client. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, data analysis, and business process optimization.

Location: Remote (EU-based candidates, Baltic states preferred)

Key Responsibilities and Competencies:

• Participate in workshops for new product development, summarize key outcomes, and translate them into clear development requirements.

• Collect and clarify requirements from business and IT stakeholders, ensuring all outstanding items from workshops are addressed.

• Possess strong knowledge of lending products, end-to-end loan processes, and have hands-on experience with loan management systems.

• Demonstrate the ability to document extensive requirements and organize information in a clear, structured, and logical format.

• Collaborate with the current Loan Management System owner to design a comprehensive mapping of current vs. future loan servicing processes.

• Provide support to the development team, testers during test execution phases, and assist product owners throughout the implementation of the new system.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking, financial services, or lending projects.
• Strong knowledge of lending products, loan management systems, and end-to-end loan processes.
• Experience with business requirements documentation and process mapping.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze, structure, and document complex business processes.
• Good in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with banking regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Experience in data analysis, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
• Candidates from the Baltic states are highly preferred.
