About the job SAP Transportation Management Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join team of our client and support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP TM solutions for our clients. You will play a key role in analyzing transportation processes, configuring SAP TM modules, and ensuring seamless integration within broader supply chain and logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP TM functional solutions
- Configure and customize SAP TM components (e.g., Freight Order, Freight Unit Management, Planning, Execution, Settlement)
- Lead or participate in end-to-end implementation projects (blueprint, realization, testing, training, go-live)
Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party systems
- Provide support for existing SAP TM solutions, troubleshoot issues, and suggest continuous improvements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user manuals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP TM (preferably S/4HANA TM version)
  • Solid understanding of transportation and logistics processes
  • Experience with integration scenarios (e.g., EWM, GTS, ERP, PI/PO, or APIs)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical language into business terms
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
    

Nice to Have

  • Experience in international or multi-country SAP TM rollouts
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies or SAP Activate framework
  • SAP certification in TM or related modules
    Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics
