Full-Stack Software Engineer (Java\TypeScript\React)

Our client is building AI-native cloud software to help law firms worldwide grow and operate efficiently. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer from Tallinn to join the ambitious team, to work with the latest tech stack in a hybrid office environment.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

• Developing Expanding Application: Contribute to the growth and evolution of our SaaS platform by building and optimizing enterprise-level applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Transforming Ideas into Reality: Take innovative concepts and features from inception to successful execution, delivering impactful results for our users.
• Collaborating with the Product Team: Work closely with the Product team to break down requirements, define scopes, and deliver features incrementally, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Shaping the Product Roadmap: Share your expertise, provide constructive feedback, and contribute ideas to influence the direction of our product development.
• Promoting Best Practices: Champion best practices in software development and engineering within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Proficiency in TypeScript, Java, React, Spring, Hibernate, and/or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development, with the ability to seamlessly navigate between front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proven track record of designing and developing scalable software solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
