We are seeking a Project Manager for our client project to oversee and coordinate multiple data-centric projects at a banking institution. This role involves managing interdependencies and ensuring seamless workflows across four key projects:

  1. DACO: Data Loading
  2. DAFA: Data Factory for Data Product Creation
  3. SCCORE: Statistical Data Product Creation
  4. DADI: Data Distribution

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align the projects with organizational goals, manage risks, and uphold delivery standards. The role requires exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and issue resolution across multiple project domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage workflows between DACO, DAFA, SCCORE, and DADI projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and project teams to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Proactively address risks, challenges, and issues across projects to maintain delivery standards.
  • Drive collaboration and alignment between local and international stakeholders.
  • Credibly challenge and guide project teams while maintaining a supportive environment.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development, particularly in IT or data-related projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project management specifics.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level).
  • Skills: Leadership, integrity, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project Coordination: Proven ability to manage project dependencies and inter-project workflows effectively.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with financial or government sectors, particularly within Lithuanian banking or public sector projects.
  • Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) to validate knowledge of best practices in project management.
