About the job Atlassian Expert

We are looking for an Atlassian Expert to join the project of our client. The mission is to enhance the user experience of security products while reducing friction and simplifying product administration. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing critical business applications like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced in leading teams with a strong background in Atlassian administrations, systems engineering, or DevOps
  • Skilled in managing Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and GitHub
  • Proficient in planning and executing migrations of Atlassian products across different environments or organizations
  • Adept at managing Linux systems and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and pipelines
  • Knowledgeable in database management with MySQL and PostgreSQL
  • Familiar with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Experienced in effective team communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Confident in addressing large audiences with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and drive alignment
  • Comfortable troubleshooting and maintaining complex CI/CD pipelines

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Take the lead in planning and executing migrations of Atlassian products, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Enhance and optimize Atlassian products to improve the end-user experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and sales representatives to align with project needs
  • Build, maintain, and secure infrastructure to support Atlassian products and workflows
  • Drive Agile processes and resolve critical infrastructure and workflow challenges
  • Contribute to Agile processes and resolve infrastructure issues
  • Act as a thought leader, providing guidance and fostering collaboration across teams
