About the job Solution Architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Egypt)
Our client, Coca-Cola HBC, is looking for a Solution Architect to drive the evolution, stability, and performance of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem. You will design end-to-end solutions across business, application, data, and integration layers while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Define architecture for D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and mobile applications.
- Design integrations between D365, SAP, Azure services, and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with product teams, architects, developers, and vendors to ensure solution quality and consistency.
- Maintain architecture documentation and solution artifacts following TOGAF principles.
- Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Azure DevOps best practices.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities and support continuous platform evolution.
- Participate in technology evaluations, RFI/RFP processes, and roadmap planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Developer, or Technical Lead within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with D365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
- Experience designing integrations with SAP ERP or similar enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of TOGAF, SOA, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Strong technical background in:
- Power Platform
- Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, Data Factory, Application Insights)
- C#, .NET, JavaScript
- HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Node.js
- SQL and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or TOGAF certifications.
- Experience in FMCG or other large-scale international organizations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 1.375 – 1.500 million EGP gross per year
- Annual performance bonus: 15%
- 13th and 14th salary payments

- Location: Cairo, Egypt
- Work model: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (Cairo-based candidates only)
