For our client we are looking for a Middle Salesforce Administrator in LATAM (excluding Mexico, Colombia and Chile); Poland and Bulgaria (working hours: 2pm - 10pm EET)

IF YOU ARE

  • A Middle Salesforce Administrator with 2+ years of experience and certifications in Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or Sales Cloud

  • Skilled in managing custom objects, complex data relationships, and advanced field types

  • Proficient in configuring Lightning pages, validation rules, and process automation

  • Experienced in managing Salesforces security and sharing settings, including role hierarchies

  • Knowledgeable in designing and managing reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Manage advanced Salesforce configurations and resolve system issues independently

  • Design intuitive user interfaces using Lightning App Builder and page layouts

  • Optimize and maintain system security through SSO, MFA, and advanced sharing settings

  • Create detailed documentation for configurations and train end-users effectively

  • Contribute to complex projects while collaborating with senior team members

Work Details:

  • Contract job (Freelance Contract).
  • Rate 15 - 19 USD per hour 
  • Full-time involvement (160-168hours)
  • Remote.


Recruitment Process:

  • Formal Interviews: On-site discussions with the hiring manager or project team, with feedback provided within 1-2 weeks.
  • Offer and Onboarding: Successful candidates receive a formal offer and begin a structured onboarding process.
