Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and ALM. The ideal candidate should have strong experience building end-to-end automation/low-code solutions, integrations, and troubleshooting complex workflows, with PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 certification preferred.

! The candidate must be available to work on-site in Abu Dhabi for the first month. After that, the position will be fully remote from Poland, Bulgaria, or Romania.

Position Requirements 

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions based on Power Platform including Copilot Studio, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with platform best practices
  
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, to achieve project goals
  
  
• Configure process-oriented application workflows and perform component, integration, and user acceptance testing within the selected low-code platform
  
  
• Customize industry-focused solution packages to help clients meet specific business objectives
  
  
• Troubleshoot automation and platform-related issues, coordinating with platform support teams when needed
  
  
• Conduct peer code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards, design guidelines, and implementation methodology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Power Platform 

• Engineer including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, ALM
  
  
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as PL-200, PL-400 or PL-600
  Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and contributing to iterative delivery processes
  
  
• Understanding of digital platform design best practices, performance considerations, and integration patterns
  
  
• Skills in troubleshooting complex automation scenarios and communicating effectively with technical support teams
  
  
• Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
