About the job Senior BI Reporting Developer
We are looking for an intellectually curious Senior Power BI Developer with strong technical expertise in Power BI and solid business acumen to join Coca-Cola Hellenic Digital & Technology Platform Services (DTPS) as part of the BI Reporting team.
You will contribute to the strategy, design, and development of Enterprise and Operational Reporting solutions, providing insights and supporting business decision-making.
The role involves close collaboration with business and IT teams, transforming data from multiple systems into analytical structures, connecting certified and validated data sources to Power BI visualizations, and helping establish a single source of truth for reporting across Coca-Cola Hellenic.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Integrate and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Lead BI projects end-to-end: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, IT teams, and other cross-functional teams.
- Build complex calculations and data models using advanced DAX.
- Apply data visualization and semantic modeling best practices, including star schema design.
- Monitor and optimize BI solution performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Power BI reporting and dashboard issues.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior BI developers and analysts.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, OR 5+ years of equivalent practical technical experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Power BI; experience with Qlik or Tableau is also relevant.
- Strong experience with DAX and complex calculations — must-have.
- 5+ years of practical experience with SQL/T-SQL or similar large-scale data analytics/query languages.

- Proven experience delivering technical/BI solutions in collaboration with business and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Good professional English for daily communication in an international environment.
Nice to Have
- Initial leadership or mentoring experience with junior employees.
- Proactive project management experience.
- Power Query experience for data preparation and transformation.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, R, C#, C++, Java, or another high-level language.
- Previous experience in a data-related role within financial or commercial domains.
Location & Working Model
- Egypt-based candidates, preferably in Cairo.
- Candidates from Alexandria or other governorates can also be considered if they can commit to the working model.
- Hybrid: 4 days per week in the office — this is a strict requirement.
- Candidates must be comfortable communicating in English with international teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 114,000–130,000 EGP gross/month
- Guaranteed annual compensation: 14 monthly salaries (13th & 14th salary included)
- Annual bonus: 15%
