Level 2 Tech Support

We are seeking a Level 2 Tech to provide on-site support to clients in Nashville, TN. The candidate will install and provide technical support for servers, network infrastructure, and desktop systems, and may also participate in development of IT and infrastructure projects and conduct training programs for computer users. The ideal candidate will have:

• A self-starter attitude with proven computer and networking capabilities, excellent people skills, and good communication skills
• A positive service attitude and the ability to develop rapport and present products and services to potential clients
• 5+ years of experience in implementation and configuration of server-based environments, expert knowledge of networking, and advanced knowledge of virtualization technologies
• Experience with onsite/offsite backup configurations, DNS and domain name management, setting up and configuring printers, and installing and configuring antivirus software
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages and HTML
• Strong Windows/Mac skills, basic business networking skills, and necessary communication/customer service skills
• A minimum of 3 years of experience, with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field being a plus

The candidate should have strong technical skills and the ability to work independently, as well as excellent people skills and the ability to develop rapport and present products and services to clients. The candidate should have strong Windows/Mac skills, basic business networking skills, and necessary communication/customer service skills. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field being a plus.

Bill Rate: $60/hr for approx 40 hours per week
