Salesforce Solution Architect/Product Analyst (or BA) - On-Site (Montreal)

Our client, a multi-national organization, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect/Product Analyst (or BA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and maintaining Salesforce applications, who can engage user, as well as a deep understanding of the Salesforce Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications

- Develop custom solutions for customer requirements

- Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications

- Create and maintain technical documentation- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications

- Design and develop test plans and scripts

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders

- Integration with SAP

Requirements:

- Proven experience developing and maintaining Salesforce applications

- Implementation experience with Lightning or force.com

- Knowledge of Contract to cash with SAP

- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and web services

- Familiarity with Salesforce security and data model

- End-user engagement skill, with experience in user journey and UX design

- Functional experienced with Salesforce LWC with product specifications etc.

- Experienced with implementation of Flow & able to Debug

- Certified salesforce admin

- Able to troubleshoot on Apex

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
