Salesforce Business Analyst (On-site Chicago)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our client's team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce, CRM systems, and business processes.

Responsibilities: 

• Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives
• Analyze existing Salesforce system and identify areas of improvement
• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce system (i.e. use cases, user stories, process flows, business rules, UI mock-ups).
• Test and debug applications 
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues 
• Provide training and technical support to users 
• Develop reports and dashboards 
• Develop custom objects and fields 
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems

Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Lightning system administration  
• 3+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analysis experience that includes gathering & documenting software requirements.
• Experience with Salesforce customization, development, and integration
• Knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and best practices 
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Bill Rate: $65/hr for approx 40 hours per week
Type: 1099 or C2C
Work Authorization: H1B, GC or USC
Location: 100% On-Site
