ROLE MISSION:

The Key Account Executive - Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth by building and strengthening relationships with Key Accounts, while also interacting with key decision-makers cross-functionally to fully understand needs, identify opportunities, and provide valuable solutions.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate revenue and increase market share nationally and internationally.

  • Actively prospect new clients and negotiate to close sales.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed established goals.

  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Analyze industry data, market trends, and competition to adapt strategies according to dynamic market needs.

  • Conduct market analyses to identify potential business opportunities and strategic partners.

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering technical teams to ensure solutions offered meet market expectations.

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring delivery within established timelines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

  • Perform risk and opportunity analyses, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize financial results.

  • Maintain a critical and analytical view of sales performance, adjusting approaches as the business environment changes.

  • Identify new approaches and methodologies to continuously improve business development processes.

  • Manage current business, project pipeline, and budget.

  • Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new ideas that drive Agrosmart's growth.

  • Optimize your time to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment.


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

ESSENTIAL:

  • Solid sales experience with key accounts in Agribusiness.

  • Experience in structuring sales strategies for large accounts.

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial and strategic roles within agriculture, food and beverage, and corporate sustainability sectors.

  • Proven expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Knowledge of commercial proposal and partnership development.

  • Familiarity with sustainable and global climate technologies.

  • Ability to identify market trends and emerging opportunities.

  • Results-oriented with analytical skills for evaluating project viability.

  • Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Administration, Technology, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

  • Master's or post-graduate degree in sales, marketing, or finance is desirable.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Availability for travel.

  • Proficiency in digital platforms such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, among others.

  • Position based in São Paulo/SP.
