The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced 360 recruiter / account manager to join our growing U.S. team in Miami.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including developing new client relationships and executing mandates from start to finish. This is a hands-on, client-facing role not a management position for the office, but one that requires strong autonomy, professionalism, and commercial drive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relationships with private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and investment firms across Miami and Latin America.

  • Secure recruitment mandates and manage end-to-end searches for Private Bankers and related roles globally in private banking and finance as a whole.

  • Source, interview, and present candidates

  • Work closely with the Geneva head office and international colleagues on cross-border searches.

  • Represent Agius & Partners with professionalism and integrity in the U.S. market.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven 360 recruiter / account manager experienced in full-cycle recruitment (business development + delivery).

  • Background in private banking, wealth management, or financial services executive search preferred.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, comfortable working independently.

  • Based in or connected to the Miami or LATAM private banking market.

  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese a strong plus.
