Job Title: Product Designer (UX/UI Designer)

Must Haves:

• Experience working at fintech startups
• Experience working at small startups that went through a lot of growth
• Experience designing products from 0 to 1
• Strong end-to-end product design experience from UX to UI and Visual
• Demonstrated expertise in mobile design with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile work and deliverables
• Strong experience and portfolio demonstrating early-stage startup experience, particularly in the finance/fintech industry

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve user satisfaction
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
• Develop user flows, personas, and journey maps to guide design decisions
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap based on user needs and market trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field
• Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably in fintech or finance-related startups
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work

Bonus:

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io
