Job Title: Physical Therapist (Full-Time)

Location: Various locations in New York

Job Type: Full-time, In-office only

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year (Ideal range: $78,000 - $80,000)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, utilizing evidence-based techniques and personalized treatment plans.

2. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop appropriate treatment goals.

3. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.

4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of treatment.

5. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care techniques to promote long-term recovery and wellness.

6. Maintain a positive and supportive environment for patients, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in their rehabilitation journey.

Must-Haves:

Active New York State Physical Therapy license or willingness to obtain one if not currently licensed in NY.

Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.

Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred.

Ability to connect with patients in a compassionate and empathetic manner, creating a family-like atmosphere.

Strong clinical skills and expertise in developing effective treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
