**Responsibilities:**

- Prospect, consult, and sell our transportation management solutions to new enterprise companies, including logistics service providers and shippers.

- Source leads, qualify opportunities, and drive them to successful closure, leveraging a hunter mentality and a results-driven approach.

- Collaborate with the sales team to learn from each other and continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.

- Become an expert in our overall value proposition, products, and services, supported by in-house training and support.

- Work closely with prospects to understand their business processes and challenges, and demonstrate how our solutions can create a competitive advantage for their business.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the transportation industry and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree.

- 5+ years of experience selling transportation management solutions (TMS) SAAS.

- Proven track record of success in prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.

- Hunter mentality with a demonstrated aptitude for acquiring industry expertise.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales quotas.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and learn from others.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
