This role may involve working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to advance our understanding of complex disease areas, including oncology, hematology, neuroscience, and rare diseases.

Key Responsibilities may include:

• Serve as a scientific expert and primary point of contact for KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.
• Provide expert knowledge on complex disease areas, delivering tailored scientific information and insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support clinical trials, research initiatives, and product development.
• Participate in scientific conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and visibility in the field.
• Facilitate training and education for internal teams regarding therapeutic areas and product information.
• Collect and disseminate feedback from KOLs to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) in a health-related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of complex disease areas, including oncology, hematology, neuroscience, and rare diseases.
• Proven ability to engage and build relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
