Technical Support Officer

Our bank client invites you to be their Technical Support Officer.

Job Duties:

• Provide technical support on hardware and software
• Troubleshoot servers, network, and end-user PC technical issues
• Install and maintain LAN & WAN networks, hardware and software
• Provide help desk services to users and handle user's enquiry

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• 1-3 years IT experience in network and Windows server administration and system support
• Knowledge of Web Server and Firewall administration will be an added advantage
• Stationed in Hong Kong
