Job Summary:
Our Client, a well-established Foreign Bank in Malaysia is seeking a person skilled and experienced in Business Coordination Planning to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing initiatives and strategic activities to further strengthen the business of the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategic initiatives to diversify the profit portfolio across the organisation, and identify lucrative opportunities by strengthening business/ product offerings, defining product strategy.
- Coordination and administration of the New Product Committing process and operational matters on the management of the new and existing product to ensure the regulatory requirements are met.
- To create and maintain the framework for new business offerings, defining product strategy and roadmap, and assisting in the establishment of the ESG framework.
- Work closely with various business lines and Support Unit, as well as various internal stakeholders in the bank to gather diverse insights, ensuring a comprehensive and customer-focused product strategy.
- To drive collaboration among counterparts and stakeholders to gather diverse insights, ensuring a comprehensive product strategy contributing to the business performance and enhance visibility of the Bank as well as Department.
- Prepare the relevant presentation materials and report related to the department.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- At least 6 years or more working experience in developing, project management or implementing service or products to grow the business, involved in the business coordination and planning in the Bank.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.4. High capability for problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level PC skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
