Position Overview: 

As the VP, Group Corporate Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, a strong background in Power BI or Excel, excellent presentation and writing skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry, the current economy, and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:

    • Lead the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis, industry research, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
  2. Financial Analysis:

    • Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to assess the financial viability of strategic initiatives.
    • Provide insights into potential investment opportunities and risks.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Leverage Power BI, Excel, and other tools to analyze and present complex data to support strategic decision-making.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  4. Presentation and Communication:

    • Develop compelling presentations and reports for executive leadership, highlighting key strategic insights and recommendations.
    • Effectively communicate the company's strategic vision to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Market Intelligence:

    • Stay informed about current economic and market trends, providing regular updates to the executive team.
    • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a strategic leadership role within the financial industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate strategies.
