1. Cash Flow Management & Projection:

- Spearhead the management of cash flows to support seamless business operations, growth, and project requirements.
- Conduct meticulous monitoring and optimization of cash flows, both current and projected, identifying potential shortfalls and critical funding periods.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly cash flow projections for the upcoming 12 months, providing invaluable insights to top management for informed decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize fund placement and ensure timely invoicing and collection processes.

2. Credit Facilities/Loan Financing:

- Conduct regular reviews of bank loan facilities to ensure compliance and competitive rates, effectively managing sustainable gearing levels against business growth.

3. HDA/Project Account Withdrawals:

- Strategically maximize HDA/Project Account withdrawals while adhering to relevant regulations and legislation, optimizing balance retention including loan repayment via sales proceeds.

4. Reporting, Compliance & Forecasting:

- Take charge of preparing and reviewing financial statements for subsidiaries and the group, ensuring accuracy and reliability for informed decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and analysis of the group's performance, preparing quarterly reports for the Board and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with auditors, tax agents, and authorities on tax and audit-related matters, ensuring timely submission of all pertinent reports.

5. Property Development Project:

- Oversee the monitoring of project budgets and ensure accurate reporting for profit recognition, while also preparing necessary documents and reports for submission to relevant authorities.

6. Annual Budgets/Annual Report/Audited Accounts:

- Drive the precise budgeting of forthcoming financial outcomes and ensure punctual submission of budget information from diverse departments.

Job Requirements:

- Possess tertiary or professional qualifications in Accounting or related fields.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Show familiarity with banking/treasury operations in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Display strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
