Overview: 

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions across our diverse restaurant brands. From recruitment and payroll processing to handling foreign worker affairs and disciplinary matters, you will ensure that our HR operations align with company policies and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Manage payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of wages, benefits, and statutory deductions.
  • Handle foreign workers' matters, including visa applications, renewals, and compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Address disciplinary issues and employee grievances in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics to enhance employee knowledge and performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably managing multiple restaurant brands.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
