About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales E-Commerce Growth Lead  to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our online sales channels, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience. You will play a key role in shaping our e-commerce strategy, launching new products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative e-commerce growth strategies to capture market opportunities and support new product launches.
  • Optimize the end-to-end e-commerce customer journey, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase engagement.
  • Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Oversee live streaming activities, including scheduling, target setting, and framework development.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute online campaigns and promotions to attract and convert leads.
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives and key stakeholders.
  • Recruit and manage affiliates, resellers, and creators to expand our online presence.
  • Implement seeding strategies to engage creators and influencers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and e-commerce operations to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, and order management systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and understand customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions and present actionable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English. Proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and executing successful online campaigns.
  • Agile, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
