Our Client is a well-established and respected property development company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead their sales and marketing initiatives for upcoming residential and commercial developments.

Role Overview:
As the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will lead and shape the sales and marketing strategies for the company's upcoming property developments. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage external sales agencies, and enhance the companys brand presence in a highly competitive market. You will be working closely with senior leadership to ensure that marketing efforts align with project goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for upcoming residential and commercial developments.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small, high-performing sales and marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high standards of execution.
  • Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external sales agencies, ensuring they meet sales targets and effectively represent the brand.
  • Brand Development: Drive brand awareness and positioning strategies to enhance the companys presence in the market.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to adjust strategies and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with internal development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with project timelines, goals, and customer expectations.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role in property development or real estate.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the property development market, with hands-on experience in marketing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Leadership & Agency Management: Proven ability to manage and collaborate with both internal teams and external sales agencies to achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic and Operational Balance: Capable of balancing high-level strategic thinking with hands-on management of day-to-day marketing activities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns) is a plus.
