Job Overview:
Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Agency Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and driving the recruitment efforts within their agency force. They will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and developing high-performing agency leaders and agents to achieve our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier agency leaders and agents.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to generate leads and prospects for potential agency leaders and agents.
- Selection Process: Conduct rigorous screening and selection processes to identify candidates with the potential for success in the insurance and takaful industry.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to agency leaders and agents to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales capabilities.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency leaders and agents, providing feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
- Team Building: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment among agency leaders and agents, promoting teamwork and mutual support.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all recruitment and agency development activities.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency recruitment and development within the insurance or financial services industry, preferably in Malaysia.
- Proven track record of success in recruiting and developing high-performing agency teams.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
