Position Overview: As a Senior Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing relationships with our corporate clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding their financial needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional banking services. Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial objectives and providing customized banking solutions.
  2. Portfolio Management:

    • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring the attainment of revenue and growth targets.
  3. Financial Analysis:

    • Conduct financial analyses to assess clients' creditworthiness and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
  4. Risk Management:

    • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with corporate accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  5. Cross-selling:

    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling various banking products and services to meet clients' comprehensive financial needs.
  6. Market Research:

    • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  7. Collaboration:

    • Work collaboratively with internal teams, including credit, operations, and treasury, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10-years of proven experience in corporate banking or a related financial services role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with banking products and services tailored to corporate clients.
  • Malaysian citizenship is a prerequisite.
