Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing functions of the companys property development projects. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong track record in sales, marketing, and team management within the property development industry. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive sales performance, enhance brand visibility, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, agents, and business partners.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote property developments and enhance brand presence.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, websites, print media, and events.
- Collaborate with external agencies for advertising, media buying, and content creation.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for pricing, product positioning, and promotional strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve performance objectives.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness and sales performance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the property development industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
