About the job Officer, Giro & Admin

Job Description

  • Provide operations and administrative support for clearing and settlement of local payment transactions (e.g., eSPICK, IBG, JomPAY, RPP, Direct Debit, account services, etc.).
  • Multi-task and support other teams within the business unit, coordinating with other departments to resolve local investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with BNM & PayNet policies, manuals, guidelines, and service level agreements.
  • Preferably have experience in banking operations, especially in Cash BOP Reporting and BNM/PayNet guidelines.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.


Job Requirement

    • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
    • Proactive, good team player, and effective communicator with team members and counterparties.
    • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferable.
    • Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
    • Tertiary education with experience in banking operations, particularly in payment processing (eSPICK, IBG, RPP, account services).
