Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Compliance & Regulatory Liaison:
- Liaise with CCM, Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, and other relevant authorities, ensuring timely compliance with statutory obligations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia listing requirements, Securities Commission guidelines, and others.
Meeting Coordination & Documentation:
- Arrange board meetings, prepare agendas, compile meeting materials, and manage minutes to meet statutory requirements.
- Prepare and file statutory returns, directors' resolutions, and other regulatory documents with CCM and Bursa Malaysia as required.
Record Maintenance & Governance:
- Maintain accurate statutory records, updating as necessary to comply with the Companies Act 2016 and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare Directors' and Members' Resolutions to uphold governance standards.
Requirements:
- ICSA qualification or finalist status.
- A minimum of 3 years in corporate secretarial functions.
- Experience with public-listed company compliance is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, and able to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
