Set up customer success team for company, and Manage entier department is to responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and expectation to achieve company sales goal.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establish department and team
- Responsible for maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and wants.
- Coordinate internal teams for customer satisfaction
- Analyze and measure customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and execute.
- Establish necessary SOP and guideline as well as CRM tools for optimization of sales activities
- Responsible for identifying their needs and provide solutions to any issues or challenges.
- Team management
- Responsible for money collection, make sure no overdue outstandings
- Any other tasks assigned by founders
