Job Summary:
Responsible for designing and implementing learning programs to enhance the skill set of advisors. Provide coaching to focus group advisors, ensuring competency improvement and persistent high performance. Contribute to the development of agency leaders and facilitate effective recruitment approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for various agency groups across distribution channels.
- Specialize in a specific subject matter, train other trainers, and support the sales force across all channels.
- Monitor and enhance the sales performance/productivity of the assigned sales channel(s) through effective training.
- Stay updated on training development, competence practices, regulatory changes, legislation, and market best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Certification in sales/coaching related to the Life Insurance Industry is advantageous.
- 7-8 years of experience in the Financial Institution or Insurance Industry, with at least 5-6 years in Training & Development.
- Comprehensive understanding of conventional insurance practices.
- Proficiency in training for soft skills, sales management/coaching, product, and technical knowledge.
- Proven ability to identify and address training gaps through program design.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving business objectives.
