Role Overview:
The Purchasing Manager will oversee the entire supply chain for all restaurant locations, ensuring smooth, cost-effective operations and fostering strong supplier relationships. The role focuses on strategic purchasing, inventory optimization, and continuous productivity improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy.
  • Set and monitor KPIs with senior management.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Lead and manage team members in Purchasing, Demand & Supply Planning, and Warehouse Operations.
  • Cultivate strong vendor relationships and stay informed on market trends.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and reduce waste.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
