Scope of Work:
- Manage all phases of each project, from initial concept through to final completion, ensuring technical accuracy and efficient use of resources.
- Create and update detailed statements of work, including precise time and cost projections.
- Evaluate user requirements and usability metrics to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Implement architectural and functional specifications for each project.
- Work with the consultant team to develop comprehensive mock-ups for client approval.
- Engage with clients to refine and assess requirements, strategies, and content needs.
- Enforce coding standards across all departments.
- Explore and integrate new technologies for both staff and management.
- Contribute to the development of internal standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, propose new land plans, and prepare cost estimates.
- Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and other relevant parties to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Plan and organize construction activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Ensure that site projects progress efficiently and smoothly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to site team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project procedures.
- Apply a thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and project management to contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
- Participate in business development activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the property, construction, and development sector.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Mandarin.
