Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee production activities, both in-house and with third-party fabricators.
• Ensure resources are well-planned and efficiently used.
• Maintain quality standards as per ISO requirements.
• Keep an eye on costs, productivity, and quality.
• Make sure production meets delivery schedules.
• Manage logistics and warehouse operations.
• Develop systems for material planning and reporting.
• Coordinate with teams to solve issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in metal fabrication.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 is a plus.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
