IT Operations & Support

1. Ensure reliable performance of IT systems and infrastructure across the organization.
2. Monitor, track, and collaboratively resolve IT-related issues reported by users.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to streamline troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
4. Oversee the inventory and lifecycle management of hardware, software, and other IT assets.
5. Support ad-hoc IT initiatives and projects as directed by the Managing Director or immediate supervisor.

ERP Implementation & Configuration

1. Lead the deployment and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet organizational needs.
2. Configure and adapt ERP solutions in alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

System Maintenance & Troubleshooting

1. Deliver ongoing support and perform regular system maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
2. Promptly diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and user productivity.

Integration & Data Management

1. Ensure smooth and efficient integration between Business Central and third-party systems.
2. Collaborate with IT teams to facilitate data migration, synchronization, and system updates.

Business Analysis & Optimization

1. Analyze existing business workflows to identify areas for improvement through ERP-driven solutions.
2. Partner with stakeholders to convert business requirements into effective technical implementations.

️ Documentation & Reporting

1. Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and updates.
2. Design and generate reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.

Cross-Department Collaboration

1. Collaborate with various departments to align ERP initiatives with organizational objectives.
2. Contribute to project planning, execution, and strategic discussions to ensure successful ERP outcomes.
