Accounts Manager

The client is an established, mid-sized manufacturing and assembly company based at a major industrial hub in Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end closing, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow updates and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Manage payroll, tax compliance, internal controls and external audit coordination.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and improvements to accounting processes and systems.
• Lead and develop the accounts team while overseeing HR and administrative functions.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, with prior team supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing, payroll and tax compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software, preferably SQL Accounting.
• Good command of English.
