Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in CNC machining and secondary manufacturing processes.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of CNC machines, tooling, fixtures and production equipment.
- Manage engineering projects, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
- Work closely with Production, Quality and other departments to improve productivity and manufacturing performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and engineering standards.
- Manage departmental resources, budgets and engineering priorities.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline. Candidates with extensive relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in CNC machining, with proven engineering management experience.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, CAD/CAM and CNC programming.
- Good understanding of GD&T, metrology, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a precision manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Good command of English. Ability to communicate in Thai will be an added advantage.
